Description – Airtel Hiring:

Level: Executive

Key Responsibilities
• Should be able to analyze RA prepaid product configuration and execute the same
• Must posses network and revenue flow path for all PREPAID products
• Must be able to identify areas and opportunities of plugging revenue leakage, Should be able to supervise and validate all technical upgrades and give required go ahead
for new msc, sdp Migration etc.
• Should undertake Yellow/Green belt projects in functional area to enhance process the process efficiency.
• Review and manage PREPAID revenue streams focusing on leakage
• Quantify and report revenue leakage on PREPAID highlighting Revenue leakage points and recommending solution
• Developing PREPAID service path and revenue path with linking to Network elements (SMSC, SMS Gateways, MMSC, SGSN, GGSN, Voice Portal, MSC and IN)
• Implement, review, modify and manage Revenue Assurance SOPs and manual relating to Value added services
• Handling of RA audits conducted by Internal/TRAI/STAT Auditors and should focus on removing exceptions reported in earlier audits and consistently improve sap scores

Work Experience

Min. 2 years of relevant work experience
Must Have working experience with MS Excel and MS Access
SQL experience will be an added advantage
