Role Summary:

•  Assisting manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategies and deliver sales and support
•  Motivate, Monitor and report on daily Sales
•  logging into Inbound and Outbound Queue for pre login and post login assistance for customers
•  Coordinating retail Operations with New Business and Underwriting team
•  Provide pre sales and issuance assistance to customers by giving clarification on products, service, claims, tech support to purchase online

Following all regulatory, Compliance and Risk norms in terms of customer/ company date

Key Focus areas:

•  Driving up sales and issuance volumes by converting more prospects (those who haven’t completed the online purchase) to customers
• Facilitate the online buying process
• Should have knowledge about Equity, Mutual funds, Ulip and Money back
• Need to know how to evaluate the need basis existing financial liabilities of the customer
• Handle escalations, Clarify Queries and clear doubts for sales team and customers
• Assisting with performance reports on weekly and monthly basis
• Monitoring and Coordinating with Quality for regular feedbacks
• Provide Technical support (IT & Under-writing) / FAQs
• Make sure all assigned leads from different sources are dialed out within the agreed TAT
• Take inbound advertisement calls & keep track of own performance delivery basis Goal sheet

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Graduate with tele sales experience of 2 – 3 years, with exposure in pre-sales including MF, Equity and ULIP
• Must have working knowledge of Insurance, Sales, Operations, computers & Internet
• High energy levels with initiative-taking approach and attitude to deliver sales and support.
• Ability to participate in effective and efficient implementation of new process
• Team Management skills
