Job Description – ADP Jobs Recruitment
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop test plans and test cases according to business and functional requirements
Liaise with users, product owners and development team members to ensure that - planned testing meets the quality standards.
Review requirements and other product documentation to assure quality of the products and tests to be developed. - Work with the Development team to capture and reuse automated Test Cases, Test Stubs and Drivers, and other Development test objects.
Ensure proper version control and configuration management of all test objects developed and test environments used. - Research and document bug reports following agreed-upon processes immediately upon discovery of a quality problem.
- Update test planning and execution status following agreed-upon processes as part of regularly-scheduled status updates.
- Create test status reports and metrics (e.g., Test Dashboard).
- Provide reliable estimates for assigned task duration, along with confidence levels and foreseeable dependencies.
- Identify and lead process improvement and documentation initiatives to reduce number of defects, increase coverage of testing and improve overall testing strategy.
