Roles and Responsibilities

Achievement of sales targets
Ensure that periodic sales targets are met
Set and monitor sales targets for the staff
Monitors and prepares store conversions rate on a daily and monthly level
Prepares reports pertaining to store customer walk-ins, percent of average bill value
Prepares monthly product performance Reports
Monitors the quantity of sales, pertaining to upselling /upgrading and cross-selling in store
Effective Customer Service
Is responsible for following guidelines as Specified in brand standards.
Provides annually customer service training for staff with regular evaluation of customer service in store
Ensure and encourage building customer relationships for higher customer retention
Ensures capture of customer feedback, by every CCA
Build a culture of service excellence through adherence to GUEST
Manage store operations
Maintains consistency in store operating Hours
Ensures that store opening standards are Completed before opening
Is responsible for personal planning, work hours, store / team holiday /leave plan
Inventory management for each product category
Ensure effective display and quicker refill without spoiling the garments
Controls mechanical maintenance of lights, air-system, and electrical equipment to ensure proper function Reports property damage, and request needed repairs within company time frames Conducts monthly meetings and documents it as per guidelines in P & S manual
Ensure Visual Merchandising maintenance
Maintains visual merchandising standards Pertaining to entire store
Ensures the availability of product size ranges on shop floor
Maintains store housekeeping guidelines
Provides training to staff on visual guidelines
Cash Management
Controls opening and closing cash transactions for accuracy, provides the reports immediately in cases of differences
Assures accuracy in handling cash, credit card transactions, correct change, management of bill receipts
Controls cash deposits and submission of Credit slips on a daily basis
Maintains records pertaining to discounts customer discounts (if any), schemes and price changes
Ensure Training for staff
Prepare & send a monthly training calendar to Retail Training by 4th of every month
Ensures minimum 10 hours of in store coaching of staff every month
Addresses areas of improvement as identified through Mystery Shopper process
Coaching of staff on service standards
Product knowledge, increasing sales through cross selling, wardrobe selling
Daily briefing to staff, and documenting in the Training Log
Document attendance of training conducted in Training log
Team Management
Set goals and identify skill gaps of the team
Resolve conflicts, if any among the various interfaces
Coaching and mentoring
Team motivation
Desired Candidate Profile
Education Qualification: Graduate/ MBA
Experience: 4-5 years in Retail/ Hospitality/Aviation
Languages: Fluent in English
Attributes: Should have a high sense of fashion. Must be elegant and sharp in everything they wear. Can strike a good conversation on any topic with the staff and the customers. Is courteous, cheerful, observant and able to give tips on how to dress up to the customers. For the team, is passionate and sets an example to be an effective leader.
