Job Title: Senior US IT Recruiter
Job Location: Noida, India/ Remote Type
Fulltime Requirement 5-8 years of IT US recruitment experience Experience in handling W2, 1099, and Corp to Corp (C2C) candidates. Experience in contract, permanent, contract to hire positions. Experience in sourcing using portals and social networks and excellent candidate assessment skills. Experience using job boards such as Dice, Monster and CareerBuilder/ AMS – CEIPAL Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries, and responsibilities till joining of candidates). Must have experience working with third-party vendors to ensure sourcing resumes in a quick turnaround time. Excellent negotiation skills Ability to work as a good team player, Maintaining & building the candidate database Excellent Communication skills Qualification BS in any discipline, computer science preferred.
